Refund Policy
We ("Market Ribbon") consider all food items and on sale items to be final sale and will not be issuing any refund and/or exchange, unless under certain circumstances (e.g. wrong item was delivered)
Our policy is good for 15 days upon receipt of delivered goods. After the expiration of the policy period, a full refund or exchange will not be given under any circumstance.Â
If your refund or exchange request has been approved, your item(s) must be unused and in its original packaging.Â
Gift cards are considered non-returnable.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been accepted or declined.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet after being notified that a refund has been granted within a week, please contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item
